Well, if they're happy with that, fair enough. But if you're one of the men who ISN'T content with his size and wants to actually do something about it, let me tell you a bit about the natural enhancement system.
I couldn't last more than 5 minutes. This was another part of being eager and inexperienced. I fixed this by re-conditioning my body. Every time I masturbated, I made sure it lasted at least 30 minutes. This taught my body to withstand stimulation without climaxing so quickly.

One idea, is that rather then sitting at home agonizing over the size of your "tool", you take a different approach. For instance, there are a large number of male sex elated enhancers that have been proven effective that you can easily use to buff up your "game".

Extagen is a bathmate that works. A man can find out why that is for himself. Their ingredients are safe because they use a specific combination of herbs. These herbs are stored very carefully in order to preserve their potency for a long time. If a pill's ingredients haven't been properly preserved, they will lose their effect.

The result of this is a placebo.
It might also be nice to look for a penomet with some sort of return policy. Since there are a ton of scams on the internet nowadays, it's a comfort knowing that some companies stand behind their products enough to let you return them if results are not apparent.
You do, of course, have to abide by the entire program. Skipping out on some part will cause a lack of results anyways. You only get what you put in. Seeing something with a six month return policy though will be a plus since results will show up in three. That gives you plenty of time to explore.

To put it bluntly, the man appears to be a selfish and inconsiderate lover. He has his bit of fun, but he can't give his wife what she expects from him. He's either deliberately selfish, or he doesn't understand what a woman wants. After 5 years of marriage, he's obviously a slow learner.
